Natalie Rodic Marsan

Partner and Head of Marketing and Communications

Natalie got her start in social media back when MySpace was a thing, Facebook was just out of university, and Twitter had just launched at SxSW. Over the last 13 years she’s had the pleasure of working with many of the world’s biggest brands and agencies on all things social and community. This work has led her to understand what influences people to make decisions, what connects people to one another, and how brands and organisations can create a greater sense of purpose and belonging.

Natalie created some of the first social media playbooks for up and coming brands and multinational corporations and worked with a number of agencies to create their social departments and offerings.

Most recently Natalie was in charge of a portfolio of global, VIP accounts including Nissan, Sony Playstation, MSD, Tate Modern and Lego for The Social Element based in London. Previous to that, she headed up a team of social media and influencer experts for MRY with clients including Visa, Johnson & Johnson, BNY Mellon, and AT&T.

Prior to these adventures, Natalie received an MA in International Affairs, Media and Culture from The New School, which parlayed into working with international organisations including The World Bank and United Nations. And prior to all this, her career centred around the contemporary dance and theatre world in New York City following her BFA in Acting from the University of Austin.

Natalie has practised for the last 22 years and she’s a certified 200 hours yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance. She teaches near daily online classes in vinyasa flow, yin, yoga nidra and meditation.
